Preoperative Assessment Prior to Lung Resection: How to Eliminate the Risk
نویسندگان
چکیده
Lung resection is part of the treatment various lung diseases, both malignancy and infection. Although it has great benefits, can result in a variety functional disorders that affect whole cardiopulmonary system. The mortality these procedures 2-4% segmentectomy 6-8% lobectomy, while pneumonectomy world 11%. Good preoperative assessment patients been reported to have reduced morbidity after resection. Things need be considered assess eligibility include age, function, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition, performance status. pulmonary tolerance divided into three stages: first stage function blood gas analysis, second postoperative prediction third maximum oxygen consumption per minute by doing exercise test. Patients who good for are predictive force expiration volume one (ppoFEV1) values more than 40%, diffusion capacity carbon monoxide (ppoDLCO) 50%, (VO2 max) 15ml/kg/min.

مازاد سرمایه در زمان ورشکستگی در مدل ریسک کلاسیک با عامل اغتشاش on the surplus prior to ruin in the perturbed classical risk process
The evolving role of exercise testing prior to lung resection.
Exercise testing prior to lung resection has long and honored tradition. It began as a test of tolerance using simple techniques such as stair climbing. This was followed by aggressive and invasive protocols using right cardiac catheterization in the search for pulmonary hypertension. More recently, measurement of VO2 with exercise has been reported to predict both postoperative mortality and s...

Surgical resection remains the mainstay of treatment for pulmonary malignancy. The ability of patients to undergo resection is dependent on the anatomic characteristics of the tumor, and the respiratory and cardiovascular status of the patient. There have been recent advances in our understanding of respiratory function in the patient with marginal lung function that have allowed surgical thera...
